Learn professional puppetry techniques to bring up-cycled items to life!

Suitable for teachers of all levels. Taught by internationally trained puppeteer and registered teacher, Marianne Mettes.

You will learn:

  • How to look at items you’d normally throw away in a new light

  • Learn professional puppetry techniques

  • Learn how to embed puppetry and literacy within your curriculum

  • Learn how to include puppetry into your lesson plans and sequences

  • Gain valuable feedback on your lesson ideas and puppetry techniques

  • When: Thursday afternoon, 26 June 4-6pm

  • Experience/prerequisites: No experience required. This course is suitable for adult learners only (ages 16+)

  • Cost: $95 for one 2 hour session

  • Materials: All materials provided, but encouraged to bring items that are sentimental and moveable, your own notebook, pencils/pens.
